The International Day of the Unborn Child is observed on March 25. It was established by Pope John Paul II to coincide with the Feast of the Annunciation. John Paul II viewed the day as “a positive option in favor of life and the spread of a culture for life to guarantee respect for human dignity in every situation”.
This day has been celebrated in many different ways throughout the world by churches, pro-life groups, schools, etc. Most people celebrate it personally in memory of their loss. Create something in memory of the unborn child that you or someone close to you have lost. Support the group that supports the illness or reasons why the loss occurred in the first place.
